YourInmateConnect (a service by NJS Enterprise LLC) enables approved family members to exchange personal text messages with their loved one via a Twilio‑issued phone number. This preserves privacy by using a proxy number instead of the user’s personal phone number.
Messages are conversational and personal in nature (e.g., family updates and well‑being check‑ins). No marketing or promotional content is sent through this service.
Message frequency varies by conversation. Carrier Msg&Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for assistance.
